Stainless steel wire cloth

is a type of wire mesh product meticulously deep-processed from high-grade stainless steel wire. Due to the inherent characteristics of stainless steel, the processed stainless steel mesh exhibits high wear resistance, an extended service life, precise mesh, uniform structure, no curl, ease of use, consistent screen thickness, antistatic properties, and resistance to acids and alkalis. The product's attributes, such as acid and alkali resistance, temperature resistance, and wear resistance, make it highly versatile and widely used across various fields in recent years.

Weaving Patterns of Stainless steel wire cloth

Plain Weave

The simplest and most commonly used type with square openings. This weave involves alternating the weft wire over and under the warp wire, allowing precise control of the size of materials to be screened or filtered.

Twill Weave

In this weave, each weft wire alternates over and under two warp wires, staggered on successive warps. This pattern is ideal for applications requiring fine mesh capable of carrying heavy loads.

 

Plain Dutch Weave

The most common filter cloth, this simple dutch weave typically features a larger diameter warp wire than the weft wire. The closely interwoven warp and weft wires at set intervals make it suitable for filtration applications and the separation of slurry and liquid materials.

Twill Dutch Weave

This weave represents a significant upgrade in strength over plain dutch weave wire cloth. It combines the Dutch and twill weaving processes to create extremely fine mesh filtering cloth, made by passing weft wires over and under two warp wires. It's ideal for various liquid and gas filtration applications.

Reverse Dutch Weave

In this weave, the arrangement is reversed from the plain dutch weave, with a smaller diameter warp wire than the weft wire. The warp and weft wires are closely interwoven at set intervals, making it well-suited for high-pressure vertical and horizontal filter leaf applications where backwashing and filter cake removal are essential.

Five-Heddle Weave

In this weave, every warp wire alternates up and down each single and four weft wires and vice versa. This design provides rectangular openings and promotes high flow rates, making it widely used in the filtration of petroleum and chemical industries.
