Wire diameter ranges from 0.022mm to 3.5mm.

 

Weaving Patterns of Stainless Steel Wire Mesh:

Plain Weave:
This is the simplest and most widely used weave, featuring square openings. The weft wire alternates over and under the warp wire, allowing for precise material sizing during screening or filtering.

 

Twill Weave:
Each weft wire alternates over and under two warp wires in a staggered pattern, ideal for fine mesh applications that require heavy load-bearing capacity.

 

Plain Dutch Weave:
This weave is the most common filter cloth. The warp wire is generally thicker than the weft wire. The tight interweaving of wires makes it perfect for filtration, especially for separating slurry and liquid materials.

 

Twill Dutch Weave:

Combining twill and dutch weaving, this weave offers enhanced strength and produces extremely fine mesh. This makes it ideal for diverse liquid and gas filtration applications.

 

Reverse Dutch Weave:
In this variant, the arrangement is reversed, with the warp wire being thinner than the weft wire. It is highly suitable for high-pressure filter leaf applications, ensuring effective backwashing and filter cake removal.

 

Five-Heddle Weave:
