Weaving Patterns of Stainless Steel Wire Mesh

Plain Weave

Twill Weave
Each weft wire alternates over and under two warp wires, staggered on successive warps. Ideal for fine mesh that bears heavy loads.

 

Plain Dutch Weave
The most ubiquitous filter cloth. Generally, the warp wire's diameter surpasses that of the weft wire. Warp and weft wires are intricately interwoven at set intervals, perfect for filtration applications and separating slurry and liquid materials.

 

Twill Dutch Weave
