is a refined wire mesh product made from high-grade stainless steel wire. Due to the inherent properties of stainless steel, our processed stainless steel mesh boasts high wear resistance, long service life, precise mesh, uniform structure, no curl, ease of use, consistent screen thickness, anti-static, and resistance to both acids and alkalis. Weaving Patterns of Stainless steel wire cloth

Plain Weave

The simplest and most commonly used type with square openings. It is woven by alternating the weft wire over and under the warp wire, allowing precise control of material sizes to be screened or filtered.

Twill Weave

Each weft wire alternately passes over and under two warp wires, staggered on successive warps. This pattern is used where fine mesh must support a heavy load.

 

Plain Dutch weave

This simple Dutch weave is the most common filter cloth. Typically, the warp wire diameter is larger than the weft wire. Warp and weft wires are interwoven closely at set intervals, making it ideal for filtration applications and separating slurry from liquid materials.

Twill Dutch weave

This weave offers a significant upgrade in strength over plain Dutch weave wire cloth. Combining the Dutch and twill weaving processes, it creates an extremely fine mesh filtering cloth by passing weft wires over and under two warp wires. Ideal for various liquid and gas filtration applications.

Reverse Dutch weave

This weave type is a reversal of the plain Dutch weave wire arrangement. Here, the warp wire diameter is smaller than the weft wire. Warp and weft wires are interwoven closely at set intervals, making it perfect for high-pressure vertical and horizontal filter leaf applications where backwashing and filter cake removal are crucial.

Five-heddle weave

In this weave type, each warp wire alternates up and down each single and four weft wires and vice versa, providing a rectangular opening with high flow rates. It is extensively used in the filtration of petroleum and chemical industries.
