Weaving Patterns of Stainless steel wire cloth

Plain Weave

This is the simplest and most commonly used weave with square openings. Alternating weft wire over and under the warp wire allows for precise control of material size for screening or filtering.

Twill Weave

In this weave, each weft wire passes alternately over and under two warp wires, staggered on successive warps, making it ideal for fine meshes that must support heavy loads.

 

Plain Dutch weave

This common filter cloth has a larger warp wire diameter than the weft wire. Warp and weft wires are tightly interwoven, making it ideal for filtration applications and the separation of slurry and liquid materials.

Twill Dutch weave
