is a type of wire mesh that undergoes deep processing, made from high-grade stainless steel wire, ensuring top-notch quality and performance. Weaving Patterns of Stainless steel wire cloth

Plain Weave

The simplest and most commonly used type with square openings. This weave involves alternating the weft wire over and under the warp wire, allowing precise control of the material size to be screened or filtered.

Twill Weave

Each weft wire passes alternately over and under two warp wires, staggered on successive warps. This weave is ideal for fine mesh applications that must support a heavy load.

 

Plain Dutch Weave

The most common filter cloth, with a larger diameter warp wire compared to the weft wire. The warp and weft wires are interwoven closely at set intervals, making it perfect for filtration applications and the separation of slurry and liquid materials.

Twill Dutch Weave

This weave combines the Dutch and twill techniques to produce an extremely fine mesh. With weft wires passing over and under two warp wires, it is ideal for various liquid and gas filtration applications, offering enhanced strength over plain Dutch weave.

Reverse Dutch Weave

This weave type reverses the plain Dutch weave wire arrangement, with smaller diameter warp wires compared to the weft wires. The close interweaving makes it suitable for high-pressure vertical and horizontal filter leaf applications, especially where backwashing and filter cake removal are crucial.

Five-heddle Weave

In this weave, each warp wire alternates up and down each single and four weft wires, creating rectangular openings that offer high flow rates. It is widely used in the filtration of petroleum and chemical industries.
