Weaving Patterns of Stainless Steel Wire Mesh

Plain Weave
The foundational and most prevalent type, featuring square openings, is woven by alternating weft wire over and under warp wire. This pattern ensures precise control over material size for screening or filtration.

 

Twill Weave
Characterized by each weft wire passing alternately over and under two warp wires, staggered in successive warps. Ideal for fine mesh applications that require heavy load support.

 

Plain Dutch Weave
This conventional dutch weave is the standard for filter cloth. Typically, the warp wire diameter exceeds that of the weft wire, with both interwoven tightly at specified intervals, perfect for filtration and separation tasks involving slurry and liquid materials.

 

Twill Dutch Weave

Combining Dutch and twill weaving techniques, this weave type produces an exceptionally fine mesh filter cloth, with weft wires passing over and under two warp wires, making it ideal for diverse liquid and gas filtration needs.

 

Reverse Dutch Weave
