Weaving Patterns of Stainless Steel Wire Mesh
Plain Weave
This is the simplest and most widely utilized weave type, featuring square openings. The weft wire alternates over and under the warp wire, ensuring precise control over the size of materials being screened or filtered.
Twill Weave
Here, each weft wire alternates over and under two warp wires in a staggered pattern. This configuration is ideal for applications where a fine mesh needs to support a heavy load.
Plain Dutch Weave
The most common filter cloth, this weave uses a larger diameter warp wire than the weft wire, which are closely interwoven. It excels in filtration tasks, particularly for separating slurry and liquid materials.
Twill Dutch Weave

Reverse Dutch Weave

Five-Heddle Weave
