Stainless Steel Wire Mesh is an advanced wire mesh product crafted from premium-grade stainless steel wire.
Thanks to its inherent stainless steel properties, this mesh boasts exceptional wear resistance, a prolonged lifespan, precise mesh accuracy, uniform structure, non-curling features, ease of use, consistent screen thickness, and superior resistance to static, acids, alkalis, and corrosion. Its robust properties, such as acid and alkali resistance, temperature endurance, and wear resistance, have made stainless steel mesh a versatile choice across numerous industries in recent years.
Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Materials:
304, 304L, 316, 316L, 310, 314, 410, 430, 904L.
Weaving Types: Plain weave, twill weave, dutch twill, plain dutch weave, twill dutch weave.
Wire Diameter: 0.022mm - 3.5mm.
Weaving Patterns of Stainless Steel Wire Mesh
Plain Weave
The simplest and most widely used pattern featuring square openings. This weave alternates weft wires over and under warp wires, allowing precise control over the size of screened or filtered materials.
Twill Weave
Each weft wire alternates over and under two warp wires, staggered across successive warps. Ideal for applications where fine mesh must support heavy loads.
Plain Dutch Weave
The most common filter cloth, featuring a larger diameter warp wire compared to the weft wire. Warp and weft wires are closely interwoven at set intervals, making it perfect for filtration applications and separating slurry from liquid materials.
Twill Dutch Weave
Combining Dutch and twill weaving, this pattern produces an extremely fine mesh, with weft wires passing over and under two warp wires. Ideal for various liquid and gas filtration applications, offering significant strength enhancement over plain dutch weave.
Reverse Dutch Weave
Reversing the plain dutch weave arrangement, this pattern features a smaller diameter warp wire compared to the weft wire. Closely interwoven at set intervals, it's perfect for high-pressure vertical and horizontal filter leaf applications, where backwashing and filter cake removal are crucial.
Five-Heddle Weave
In this pattern, each warp wire alternates up and down four weft wires, creating rectangular openings and high flow rates. Widely used in the filtration of petroleum and chemical industries.
Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Features:
1. Outstanding resistance to rust and corrosion.
2. Resilience against acids and alkalis.
3. Resistance to chemicals and harsh weather conditions.
4. Clean and bright appearance.
5. High strength and durability.
Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Applications:
• Extensively used for filtering, protection, printing, and decoration.
• Ideal as woven wire filter cloth for filtering liquids, solids, and gases in industries. Common applications include filter discs, tubes, dipping baskets, test sieves, filter elements, or strainers.
• Suitable for architectural uses as decorative woven wire mesh.
• Our high-quality stainless steel woven wire mesh screen is the perfect choice for window and door screens, effectively preventing insects from invading your living spaces.
• The versatile stainless steel woven wire cloth is extensively utilized across various industries, including electronics, textiles, ceramics, and glass printing.
