Weaving Patterns of Stainless Steel Wire Mesh
Plain Weave
This is the simplest and most commonly used weave, featuring square openings. By alternating the weft wire over and under the warp wire, it allows precise control over the size of materials being screened or filtered.
Twill Weave
In this pattern, each weft wire alternately passes over and under two warp wires, staggered on successive warps. It is ideal for applications requiring a fine mesh capable of supporting heavy loads.
Plain Dutch Weave
This common filter cloth features warp wires thicker than weft wires, woven closely at set intervals. It excels in filtration applications and separating slurry and liquid materials.
Twill Dutch Weave
Combining Dutch and twill weaving processes, this weave produces an ultra-fine mesh filter cloth. Weft wires pass over and under two warp wires, enhancing strength and making it suitable for various liquid and gas filtration needs.
Reverse Dutch Weave
In this arrangement, warp wires are thinner than weft wires, woven closely together. Perfect for high-pressure filter leaf applications where backwashing and filter cake removal are crucial.
Five-Heddle Weave
This weave alternates each warp wire up and down over single and four weft wires, creating rectangular openings and high flow rates, widely used in petroleum and chemical industry filtration.
Features of Stainless Steel Wire Mesh:
1. Exceptional rust and corrosion resistance.
2. Robust resistance to acids and alkalis.
3. Resilience against chemicals and harsh weather conditions.
4. Cleaner, brighter appearance.
5. High strength and durability.
