Weaving Patterns of Stainless steel wire cloth

Plain Weave

The simplest and most popular type, featuring square openings. It is created by alternately weaving the weft wire over and under the warp wire, allowing precise control over the size of the materials to be screened or filtered.

Twill Weave

Each weft wire alternates over and under two warp wires, staggered on successive warps, making it ideal for fine mesh applications that require additional strength and load-bearing capacity.

 

Plain Dutch weave

This common filter cloth features warp wires that are larger in diameter than the weft wires, interwoven at set intervals. It is perfect for filtration applications and the separation of slurry and liquid materials.

Twill Dutch weave

Combining Dutch and twill weaving, this type produces an extremely fine mesh filtering cloth by passing weft wires over and under two warp wires. It is ideal for various liquid and gas filtration applications.

Reverse Dutch weave
