Weaving Patterns of stainless steel wire mesh

Plain Weave
This is the simplest and most commonly used weave with square openings. It is created by alternately weaving the weft wire over and under the warp wire, allowing for precise control over the size of materials to be screened or filtered.

 

Twill Weave
Each weft wire alternates over and under two warp wires, staggered on successive warps. Ideal for applications needing fine meshes capable of bearing a heavy load.

 

Plain Dutch Weave
