is a sophisticated type of wire mesh made from premium-grade stainless steel wire. Weaving Patterns of Stainless steel wire cloth

Plain Weave

The most straightforward and widely used type with square openings. This weave alternates the weft wire over and under the warp wire, allowing precise control of material size for screening or filtering.

Twill Weave

Each weft wire alternates over and under two warp wires, staggered on successive warps. Ideal for fine mesh applications requiring heavy load-bearing capacity.

 

Plain Dutch weave

The most common filter cloth, in which the warp wire is thicker than the weft wire. They interweave closely at set intervals, making it perfect for filtration and separation of slurry and liquid materials.

Twill Dutch weave

Combining Dutch and twill weaving processes, this weave produces an exceptionally fine, strong mesh. Suitable for various liquid and gas filtration applications due to its enhanced strength and fine filtering capabilities.

Reverse Dutch weave

This weave reverses the arrangement of plain Dutch weave, with thinner warp wires and thicker weft wires, interwoven closely at set intervals. Ideal for high-pressure filtration applications where backwashing and filter cake removal are critical.

Five-heddle weave

In this weave, every warp wire alternates up and down each single and four weft wires, creating rectangular openings that offer high flow rates. Widely used in the filtration processes of the petroleum and chemical industries.
