Patterns of Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Weaving
Plain Weave
The simplest and most frequently used weave type with square openings. This pattern is created by alternating the weft wire over and under the warp wire, allowing precise control over material sizing for screening or filtration.
Twill Weave
In this pattern, each weft wire passes alternately over and under two warp wires, staggered on successive passes. It's ideal for fine mesh that must also support a heavy load.
Plain Dutch Weave
This common filter cloth features warp wires typically larger than weft wires, closely interwoven at set intervals. It excels in filtration and separation of slurry and liquid materials.
Twill Dutch Weave
Combining the Dutch and twill weaving techniques, this weave produces an extremely fine mesh filtering cloth by passing weft wires over and under two warp wires, perfect for various liquid and gas filtration applications.
Reverse Dutch Weave
Inverting the plain Dutch weave arrangement, this pattern features warp wires smaller than weft wires, closely interwoven at set intervals. Ideal for high-pressure vertical and horizontal filter leaf applications, especially where backwashing and filter cake removal are essential.
Five-Heddle Weave
This pattern features every warp wire alternating up and down each single and four weft wires, creating rectangular openings and offering high flow rates, making it suitable for filtration in petroleum and chemical industries.
Features of Stainless Steel Wire Mesh:
1. Outstanding rust and corrosion resistance.
2. Strong resistance to acids and alkalis.
3. Resilience against chemicals and harsh weather conditions.
4. Cleaner and more radiant appearance.
5. High strength and durability.
