Refined Stainless Steel Wire Mesh is a premium wire mesh product meticulously crafted from high-grade stainless steel wire.
Thanks to the inherent properties of stainless steel, this mesh boasts exceptional wear resistance, prolonged service life, precise mesh accuracy, and a uniform structure that resists curling. It is user-friendly with consistent screen thickness and offers anti-static and superior corrosion resistance against acid and alkali. Moreover, its remarkable temperature and wear resistance make it a versatile solution, finding applications across numerous industries in recent years.
Materials for Stainless Steel Wire Mesh:
304, 304L, 316, 316L, 310, 314, 410, 430, 904L
Weaving Types: Plain Weave, Twill Weave, Dutch Twill, Plain Dutch Weave, Twill Dutch Weave
Wire Diameter Range: 0.022mm - 3.5mm.
Weaving Patterns of Stainless Steel Wire Mesh
Plain Weave
The most straightforward and widely used weave, featuring square openings. It is created by alternating the weft wire over and under the warp wire, ensuring precise control of material sizes for screening or filtration.
Twill Weave
In this pattern, each weft wire alternates over and under two warp wires, shifted on successive warps. This weave is perfect for fine meshes that need to support heavy loads.
Plain Dutch Weave
This classic dutch weave is the most common filter cloth. Typically, the warp wire diameter is larger than the weft wire. The wires are interwoven closely at set intervals, making it ideal for filtration applications and the separation of slurry and liquid materials.
Twill Dutch Weave
Combining the strengths of Dutch and twill weaves, this type provides a robust and fine mesh. Weft wires pass over and under two warp wires, making it excellent for various liquid and gas filtration applications.
Reverse Dutch Weave
In this pattern, the arrangement is a reverse of the plain dutch weave. The warp wire diameter is smaller than the weft wire. The tightly interwoven wires at set intervals make it ideal for high-pressure vertical and horizontal filter leaf applications, especially where backwashing and filter cake removal are crucial.
Five-Heddle Weave
This weave alternates each warp wire between one up and four weft wires, providing rectangular openings and high flow rates, commonly used in the petroleum and chemical industries for filtration.
Key Features of Stainless Steel Wire Mesh:
1. Exceptional resistance to rust and corrosion.
2. Strong resistance to acids and alkalis.
3. Superb resistance to chemicals and harsh weather conditions.
4. Clean and bright appearance.
5. High strength and durability.
Applications of Stainless Steel Wire Mesh
• Widely used for filtering, protection, printing, and decorating.
• Can be utilized as woven wire filter cloth in filtering industries for liquids, solids, and gases, including filter discs, tubes, dipping baskets, test sieves, filter elements, or strainers.
• Ideal for architectural applications as decorative woven wire mesh.
• Our premium stainless steel woven wire mesh screen serves as an ideal solution for window and door screening, effectively preventing insects and pests from entering your homes.
• Versatile and reliable, the stainless steel woven wire cloth plays a crucial role in the printing processes of electronics, textiles, ceramics, glass, and numerous other industries.
