Weaving Patterns of stainless steel wire mesh

Plain Weave
The simplest and most commonly used weave with square openings. It is woven by alternately placing the weft wire over and under the warp wire, allowing precise control over the size of materials to be screened or filtered.

 

Twill Weave
In this pattern, each weft wire alternates over and under two warp wires, staggered on successive warps. It is ideal for applications requiring fine mesh that must support a heavy load.

 

Plain Dutch weave
This popular filter cloth features warp wires that are generally larger in diameter than the weft wires. Warp and weft wires are interwoven closely at set intervals, making it perfect for filtration applications and slurry-liquid separation.

 

Twill Dutch weave

Combining the Dutch and twill weaving processes, this weave type creates an extremely fine mesh for filtering. It involves weft wires passing over and under two warp wires, making it suitable for various liquid and gas filtration applications due to its enhanced strength.

 

Reverse Dutch weave
This weave type reverses the plain Dutch weave arrangement, featuring smaller diameter warp wires compared to weft wires. Five-heddle weave
